Massachusetts and Boston opening this fall as well as cultivation and manufacturing operations in Northampton. Our in-house brands - Halo Wellness and Rebelle
Flower - are distributed throughout Massachusetts and New York.

 

We are searching for an aggressive and professional-minded salesperson for the western or southern territory of Massachusetts to increase wholesale revenue and distribution as we grow across the Northeast. The salesperson will work with cross-functional teams on all aspects of wholesale: business planning, forecasting, customer service, in-store activations, production and marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, has one to two years of wholesale experience, or commensurate experience in the retail or hospitality industry, exemplary interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

  • Calling on off and on-premise accounts to give successful presentations for
  • decision-making buyers that result in sales.
  • Meeting or exceeding predetermined service expectations while effectively selling the portfolio and fulfilling designated objectives
  • Planning and executing a daily schedule of sales calls
  • Meeting with each account on a regular basis with a strong focus on opening new accounts
  • Effectively planning on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis in relation to achieving applicable sales goals
  • Following through on issues deemed important to management, customers, and suppliers
  • Participate in daily team meetings, distribution of a product menu to customers and touch points with customers
  • Conduct touch points with customers which can include store visits, meals, facilitating a tour of our facility, and other networking events
  • Travel-heavy position that requires remote and in-office work when not on the road
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our fulfillment and delivery teams to ensure customer success as well as to meet monthly sales goals
  • Identify and pursue prospective customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with various departments including but not limited to delivery, fulfillment, buying office, marketing, executive team
  • Support business needs and customer events on weekends and holidays as needed
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedule, and merchandising techniques
  • Track and manage expenses occurred through travel and customer outings
  • Manage and maintain client contact lists by providing continuous outreach to discuss potential
  • Identify client problems and provide insights to products that highlight a potential resolution
  • Process purchase orders into sales quotes

Physical Requirements:

  • Long periods of prolonged standing, sitting and use of hands
  • Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment, including computers and phones
  • Some crouching, stooping, balancing, or holding uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time; repetitive motions
  • Requires bending and lifting 25+ pounds for distances of up to 100 feet
  • Ability to work in facilities and offices with fluorescent and other lighting exposure
